– Colissimo : Home delivery Free from 100€ of purchase (6.90€ below that amount) You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 2 or 3 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

– Mondial Relay : Free from 100€ of purchase (6.90€ below that amount) You’ll receive the parcel in your pick-up point within 2 or 3 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

When your parcel weighs under than 500 gr (spare parts, accessories), you will pay 6,90€ for home delivery in France and Europe + 10€ worldwide.

EUROPE :

– Colissimo : Home Delivery at 12.90 € for every country of Europe. You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 4 or 7 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

WORLDWIDE :

– Colissimo : Home Delivery at 30 € for every country all ove the world. You’ll receive the parcel at your place within 4 or 10 working days following the shipment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.

I have not received my order…What can be done?

We encourage you to contact the postal carrier service in charge of the delivery of your order. They will be more apt in finding the whereabouts of your package.
